Singapore's weather works on your facade every day. Rain, heat and humidity fade paint, feed mould and open hairline cracks - and a worn exterior reads as a worn business long before anything actually fails.
Facade repainting is the work our team has done longest and knows best. Preparation first - wash, seal, prime - then coating systems chosen for the wall, not the brochure.
03 / Featured works
When a lease ends, the landlord's checklist and the handover date are both real. Every week past the deadline is rent you should not be paying - and delays usually happen where one trade waits on another.
Our structural, M&E and painting teams are the same company, so the hacking, the capping and the final coat follow each other without a handoff.

Built around hotel operations. The team's discipline comes from hotel paintwork: night windows, quiet corridors, and guests who must never notice the work happening. That standard travels to every building we maintain.
05 / Consolidation
Manpower is the problem we exist for. Most buildings cannot justify a full in-house maintenance team any more, but the faults never stopped coming.
A single leak can stain a wall, trip a circuit and crack a screed - three trades from one incident. Split it across three vendors and you get three quotes, three schedules, and three parties pointing at each other when it recurs.
We run all three trades in-house, so the diagnosis, the fix and the making-good belong to one accountable contractor. If the fault recurs, the same team answers for it.
| The incident | Three separate vendors | TM Decor Care |
|---|---|---|
| Leak stains wall, trips lighting circuit | 3 call-outs, 3 quotes, 3 site visits | 1 WhatsApp, 1 visit, 1 quote |
| Who coordinates the sequence? | You do | We do |
| Fault recurs after repair | Each vendor blames the others | One party accountable |
| Vendor onboarding paperwork | 3 sets | 1 set |

09 / FAQ
Yes. We run all three trades in-house: painting, M&E (mechanical and electrical) and structural works. One work order, one vendor, one party accountable.

Yes. We schedule works in night and off-peak windows for hotels, F&B outlets, malls and offices, so operations continue undisturbed. The discipline comes from hotel paintwork under Tian Ming Decoration.
No - we are the contractor. An FM company manages your building and its vendors; we do the physical works and answer for the workmanship. We work directly for owners and alongside FM companies and managing agents.
Both. The Care Programme serves recurring needs, the call-out serves the fault of the day, and project works cover A&A and reinstatement - including selected residential jobs.
